Entries for SEEOC relay teams are responsibility of National Federations only.
Entries for SEEMOC and Zagreb Open are responsibility of individual competitors.

Competitors in elite Classes should make additional entry through the IOF Eventor Page in order to join the World ranking event.
Entry is not valid until entry money is received. Fees to be paid latest within 7 days after the deadline in which entry was submitted.

Entry Fees for SEEOC and SEEMOC
All National Teams will be accredited for free, including limited number of coaches.

SEEOC: 230kn (aprox. 30 €)
SEEMOC: Start fee for SEEMOC participants is : 305kn (aprox. 40 Euros) if registered for all 4 races (sprint, long, middle, relay), or : 115kn (aprox. 15 Euros) per race. Therefore a SEEMOC participant can register for a single competition in SEEMOC.
SEEOC & SEEMOC competitors can register also for Zagreb Open Event– stage 1 in Zagreb for a fee of : 55kn (aprox. 7€)

All runners which will come from SEPA (Singe Euro Payment Area) countries bank charges within these countries for payments in Euro are very low (10 cents – the amount changed since publishing Bulletin 1!), so you do not have to pay extra bank charges for your payments for entry fee, accommodation, catering and transport. SEPA consists of 36 countries.

Warning!
After the deadline for final entries is expired (August 1st) it will not be possible to enter any of SEEOC/SEEMOC or “Zagreb Open 5 Days” classes, except Open Beginners, Open Short, Open Long and baby course but only if there will be some vacant places. Entry is not valid until entry money is received.
Cancelations
Entries canceled by July 1st will get 70% refund (bank charges will apply). Entries canceled between July 1st and August 5th will get 50% refund (bank charges will apply). In the case of complete or partial cancellation of the Zagreb open 2021 due to circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to retain small part of the entry fees for banking charges.
